Me and a few of my "disciples" were walking around a lake huffing Ether through our rags. We called it, "A Huff Around the Lake." I found that even though we were walking in a circle, we could not detect it. Eventually we came to where we had begun without ever making a single turn.
That is Zen.
This almost word word a dream of mine.
ReplyDeleteI don't doubt it. It is a powerful image. It reminds us that time is a circle, even though it seems like it is going in a straight line.
ReplyDeleteEverything is a circle. Even as things may always feel the same, yet it's always changing
ReplyDeletecircles, i think, that maybe are everywhere and everything simultaneously. of course, if everything is always changing too, you have to think too that this rule in itself should change, yes? maybe that comes at the end of all things, though, maybe some consciousness spins out and by observing the circle and understanding it they stop it all for a period of time, but would most likely recreate it for what is creation without the observer? existence without acknowledgement...tangent..
